I have been having the worse start in to being 25 years old. 2 weeks prior to turning 25 on January 24th, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and it seems like ever since then, my immune system has failed me. I am now suffering from the worst cold ever which honestly feels like Pneumonia! I was wondering how you guys get your energy back or at least how to jump start my immune system to get back into my normal health because honestly being 25 years old at this rate has me feeling a bit like a Golden Girl! SMH! On the bright side, I am extremely motivated in my mind but my physical seems to fight me on it and I honestly have no clue what to do!
